A few more differences...
Laundry1 - Unbelievable laundry service at the Ritz.
Laundry2 - Anybody want to buy a shirt? Note the plastic insert in the collar.
Laundry3 - How about some socks?
FakeFood - Almost every restaurant displays their menu out front. Even the beer is a plastic model.
Sushi1 - Conveyor-belt sushi. Each plate 120 yen (about $1.20).
Sushi2 - It's getting closer...
Sushi3 - Here's the restaurant. John Cato, the Controls Engineer for Backdraft, in front.
Sushi4 - I tried this one (Shilauo). Look closely and you'll see that these are small, clear, whole fish. More texture than taste.
Tower - Heavy-Duty Microwave Tower. They look like this all over the place. I guess it's to better withstand earthquakes and typhoons.
Ritz - Home Sweet Home: The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka
